Story
Andrés Salaverría represents the fifth generation of a coffee-growing family in El Salvador, with farms in the famous regions of Atiquizaya, Ataco, Jayúa and Apaneca. Inspired by coffee from an early age, he later studied coffee science and economics at the Ernesto Illy Master’s program.
Today, Andrés works closely with his father, Don José Antonio Salaverría, combining tradition with innovation and modern processing techniques to create expressive, high-quality coffees rooted in Salvadoran heritage.A naturally anaerobic coffee bursting with exotic layers of caramel and butter, lifted by juicy strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, and a delicate rosé-wine finish. Creamy body, sweet and lingering aftertaste.
