By visiting and/or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We offer this website—including all content, tools, and services—to you conditioned upon acceptance of all the Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates; please review them regularly.

Our online store is hosted on Wix, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling sales of our products and services.

5. Delivery, Title & Risk Transfer

  • Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to your address.

  • We remain liable for loss or damage during shipment until such point.

  • You bear the cost and risk of expedited shipping if specifically chosen.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reason.

  • For goods, the withdrawal period begins the day you (or a designated third party) physically receive the goods.

  • For services or digital content (not on tangible media), it begins when the contract is concluded.

  • To exercise this right, notify us in writing (e.g. email: hi@thebeanexplorer.com) within the period.

  • You must return goods within 14 days after notifying us. You bear the cost unless we inform you otherwise.

  • We will reimburse all payments—including standard delivery—within 14 days of notice, using your original payment method.

  • If you used expedited shipping, the extra cost is non-refundable.

  • You may be liable for diminished value of goods resulting from use beyond inspection.

  • The right to withdraw does not apply to perishable goods, personalized items, unsealed hygiene products, or once digital content is downloaded/streamed after you agreed to lose withdrawal rights.

7. User-Generated Content

  • We may provide features for comments, reviews, or submissions ("Submissions").

  • By submitting any content, you grant us unrestricted, royalty-free rights to use, distribute, modify, and publish it.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful.
