Your Right to Return
If you buy a product online from The Bean Explorer, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the day you receive it — no questions asked.
To start a return, simply email us at hi@thebeanexplorer.com and include your name and order number.
Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the return steps.

You must send the goods back within 7 days after telling us you want to cancel.

We will refund you within 7 days after receiving the returned items.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, including standard delivery costs if charged.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returned products must be in unused, resaleable condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
Exceptions & Hygiene Rules
For quality and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened:

Coffee beans, Custom-roasted or special-order coffees are not returnable.

Flair Espresso machines: can be inspected at home as in a shop. If used for brewing, a value deduction may apply.

Used food-contact accessories (portafilters, cups, baskets) are only returnable if unused and sealed.

Gift cards and digital products: not returnable.
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
EU Legal Guarantee
All our products come with the standard 2-year EU guarantee for defects that existed at the time of delivery.
If an item is faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund it as required by law.
