Roast Profiles Shape Flavor? Different roast levels bring out different characteristics:

Roast Level Flavor Profile

  • Light Roast - Bright acidity, fruity and floral notes, high complexity

  • Medium Roast - Balanced acidity and sweetness, chocolate and nutty tones

  • Dark Roast - Bold, smoky, caramelized flavors, lower acidity


We carefully roast in small batches (up to 6kg) to ensure each batch is fresh and precisely controlled for optimal extraction.
